Q. What does CPR stand for?

A. CPR stands for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, a lifesaving technique used in emergencies when someone's breathing or heartbeat has stopped.

Q. Is there a minimum age requirement to register for a class?

A. The minimum age requirement is 9 years. 

Q. What should I wear?

AIt's best to wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move around easily. If you have long hair, you should wear it back.

Q. How long is the CPR certification valid?

A. CPR certification is typically valid for two years.

Q. Do I need prior medical knowledge or experience to take a CPR course?

A. No, CPR courses are designed for people of all skill levels, including beginners. Our Heartsaver course is created for individuals that do not have any prior medical knowledge and/or training.

Q. Is there a test at the end of the course?

A. Yes, most courses include a written and/or practical skills test to ensure competency.

Q. What happens if I registered but cannot make the class?

A. If you are unable to attend a class, please inform the instructor no more than 24 hours before your scheduled class time and date. In the event that you do not inform your instructor within  24 hours of class start date and time, you will be charged for 100% of the cost of the class.
